We’re excited to announce Luxico as a new connectivity partner. This integration unlocks stronger premium demand and provides a more streamlined distribution channel for high-end stays. Together, Resly and Luxico help you reach high-value travellers and elevate your booking potential.

Introducing Luxico

Luxico is Australia’s premier luxury villa platform, known for its curated collection of designer holiday homes and executive residences. The platform is designed to connect exceptional properties with a global audience of discerning travellers seeking privacy, quality, and elevated experiences.

Reaching a global, high-spending audience

Through this integration, Luxico connects properties with one of the most high-value guest segments in the market. These high-net-worth travellers typically stay for an average of 11 nights and spend between $1,000 and $5,000+ per night, with bookings coming from both domestic and international markets. This positions Luxico as a powerful channel for attracting premium demand and driving higher-value bookings.

A unique distribution advantage

What makes Luxico particularly compelling for Resly users is its position as the only Australian trade-integrated OTA in the luxury villa space. In addition to direct bookings, Luxico works with a global network of travel agents, extending your property’s reach far beyond traditional online channels.

Beyond leisure travel, Luxico also facilitates premium bookings for corporate stays, photoshoots, and film productions - helping diversify demand and unlock additional revenue streams.

What this means for Resly Users

By connecting to Luxico through Resly, you can:

  • Access a global network of high-value travellers
  • Increase average booking value and length of stay
  • Benefit from travel agent-driven demand
  • Position your property within a premium, curated portfolio
  • Unlock opportunities across leisure, corporate, and production bookings

The Surcharge Is Dead. Now Comes the Hard Part.

Let’s be clear: the card surcharge, as we know it, is on borrowed time. From 1 October 2026, Australia’s payments landscape will shift following the Reserve Bank of Australia’s payments reform. The practical outcome for accommodation businesses is simple. Visa, Mastercard, and EFTPOS will be able to enforce no-surcharge rules on the cards they cover. For most resorts and hotels, that means the familiar “add 1–1.5% at checkout” model is effectively over.
