Ambassador Criteria
Resly Ambassadors are influential leaders within the hospitality and property management industry who exemplify innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
AMBASSADORS SHOULD DEMONSTRATE

Industry influence: A strong presence and respected voice within the hospitality community, with the ability to inspire and engage others.

Regional representation: Active leadership across Australia and New Zealand, helping Resly maintain a diverse and connected ambassador network.

Program commitment: Genuine enthusiasm for the Resly brand, with a willingness to contribute to community engagement and program growth.

APPLICATION PROCESS

Ambassadors may apply directly or be nominated by the Resly team or industry peers.

Each application will be reviewed based on the applicant’s influence, alignment with Resly’s values, and demonstrated commitment to the hospitality industry.

Annual Review: Participation will be reviewed each year to ensure continued alignment with Resly’s mission and ambassador program goals.

Ambassador Perks & Benefits

Exclusive Access to Beta Testing: Ambassadors will be the first to experience new features and can provide feedback year-round.
Annual Get-Together: A special event (e.g., dinner, drinks) with the Resly sales and leadership team to foster relationships and celebrate successes.
Content Creation Opportunities: Ambassadors can create blogs, case study videos, and other content that will be featured on the Resly website and social media platforms.
Referral Bonus: Formalised referral program.
Moderator for Resly Community: Ambassadors will have moderator access to guide the conversation of the future Resly Community.
Event Access: Free tickets to major industry events attended by Resly. Examples include Women In and The Best of Tourism awards. Invitations to Resly-hosted events and exclusive knowledge-sharing forums.
Discount on Subscriptions: Up to 5% discount on Resly subscriptions as a thank-you for their commitment to the program. Discount capped at $7,200 per year, or $600 per month.
Recognition: Ambassador profile featured on Resly’s website and social media channels. Special digital badge for ambassadors to showcase their status.
Regular Training & Upskilling: Quarterly ambassador training to ensure continuous professional development on new features, best practices, and innovation.

ENGAGEMENT WITH THE RESLY COMMUNITY
– Participate in Resly events, webinars, and discussions to share insights and knowledge with fellow users.
PROVIDE FEEDBACK & INSIGHTS
– Offer constructive feedback on new features, ensuring Resly continually improves its offerings. – Test and provide insights during beta testing of new features.
CONTENT CONTRIBUTION
– Share success stories through blog posts, social media, and other content forms.
– Collaborate with Resly’s marketing team to create compelling case studies and success stories.
ETHICAL REPRESENTATION
– Maintain a positive and professional attitude when representing Resly and its values.
– Engage with other community members in a manner that aligns with Resly’s core values of transparency, innovation, and collaboration.
