You'll work directly alongside our Head of People & Culture, gaining exposure to every stage of the employee lifecycle while helping build a high-performing, people-first workplace.

We're a remote-first team across Australia, New Zealand, the Philippines and Sri Lanka, with our HQ based on the Gold Coast.

At Resly, we're building one of the leading property management platforms for the accommodation industry, and we're looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to help us create an exceptional experience for our people from the moment they apply through every stage of their journey with us.

What You’ll Do

You'll work closely with the Head of People & Culture and leaders across the business to deliver an exceptional employee experience.

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, from job ads through to offers.
• Review applications, shortlist candidates and conduct phone screens.
• Coordinate interviews and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
• Own onboarding and offboarding processes from start to finish.
• Prepare employment contracts, letters and People & Culture documentation.
• Maintain Employment Hero and other People systems.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programmes and culture activities.
• Assist with policy updates and People & Culture projects.
• Continuously improve our People & Culture processes and employee experience.
• Be the go-to person for day-to-day People & Culture support across the business.

What We’re Seeking

• Experience in a People & Culture, HR, Recruitment or Talent Acquisition role.
• A genuine passion for creating a great employee experience.
• Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A passion for improving processes and finding better ways of working.
• The ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the business.
