Why Resly Has a Fresh Look (and Why Our Mission Hasn’t Changed)

If you’ve noticed something different about Resly today, you’re right. We’ve refreshed our look. But while our branding has evolved, our mission and commitment to you remain exactly the same.

A Fresh Look for a New Chapter

When we started Resly, our goal was simple: make life easier for property managers and hosts. Back in 2018, we saw an industry weighed down by outdated, complex software, and we set out to build something different. A platform that was powerful, yet easy to use.

Fast forward to today, and Resly has grown into a trusted partner for accommodation providers across Australia and New Zealand. As we’ve grown, we knew it was time for our brand to grow with us.

Our new look isn’t just about new colours and a sharper logo. It’s about reflecting who we are now: a forward‑thinking, people‑first company that continues to push the boundaries of hospitality innovation.

What Hasn’t Changed

While our visuals have been refreshed, our mission hasn’t changed. At Resly, we’re still dedicated to:

  • Empowering property managers and hosts with tools that simplify operations and boost efficiency.

  • Driving excellence by setting new benchmarks in service, technology, and industry standards.

  • Leading progress in a fast‑changing hospitality landscape, from legislative updates to innovative solutions that add real value.

Your success remains our success. This fresh look simply gives us a stronger platform to tell that story and showcase the values we’ve always stood for.

Designed With Our Vision in Mind

Every detail of the new Resly brand was crafted to represent our vision:

To be the benchmark for hospitality innovation.

From bold, modern design elements to a more intuitive online experience, the refresh is all about making Resly more recognisable, approachable, and aligned with the impact we aim to have on the industry.

What’s Next

You’ll see the new Resly across our website, platform, social media, and communications. We’re excited to bring you along on this journey  and we’re just getting started.

We’d love to hear what you think about our new look. Connect with us on LinkedIn or get in touch directly, after all, this evolution is for you.

Same mission. Fresh look.

Welcome to the new Resly.

The Surcharge Is Dead. Now Comes the Hard Part.

Let’s be clear: the card surcharge, as we know it, is on borrowed time. From 1 October 2026, Australia’s payments landscape will shift following the Reserve Bank of Australia’s payments reform. The practical outcome for accommodation businesses is simple. Visa, Mastercard, and EFTPOS will be able to enforce no-surcharge rules on the cards they cover. For most resorts and hotels, that means the familiar “add 1–1.5% at checkout” model is effectively over.
